Dr. Praveen Maddirala is an established Cardiologist successfully running the operations of the Praveen Cardiac Centre in Vijayawada. The senator whose foundation was laid in 2007 has some of the best state-of-the-art facilities in Cardiology & Neurology, Critical Care, Radiology and Anesthesiology. The Centre also offers diagnostic facilities and is equipped with operating theaters and Cath-lab, thus providing a wide range of medical amenities, all under one roof.
Dr. Praveen regularly attends national and state level conferences, thereby staying abreast of the latest medical developments. He has also showcased miscellaneous paper presentations at these conferences.
Dr. Praveen’s credentials include MBBS, MD (General Medicine) and DM (Cardiology) completed from reputed institutions such as Guntur Medical College (Guntur), Rangaraya Medical College (Kakinada) and Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (Tirupathi) respectively. While completing the super specialty cardiology course, Dr. Praveen was presented with a Gold medal and an appreciation certificate by the Director, in recognition for his academic brilliance.
Prior to setting up his independent centre, Dr. Praveen M served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cardiology at NIMS, Hyderabad. Dr. Praveen not only oversees the operations of the cardiac centre, but also practices at two other centers located at Hyderabad road and Huzurnagar road.
